Miranda Kerr speaks of the tragic death of her ex-boyfriend, Christopher Middlebrook. The couple dated for two years before he was killed in a car crash when he was a teenager. After the incident, a heartbroken Kerr vowed she would call her first child after him. She thanks 'good guy' Orlando for supporting her fully in naming seven month old Flynn Christopher.
